Our main dining room Pacifica
is perched on a lush hillside with spectacular,
panoramic views of the Philippine Sea. All our guests
start the day with a choice of freshly prepared
tropical juices, freshly made baked goods, and several
warm local dishes. Lunch is island style serving
creative salads, sandwiches, and Chef's daily specials.
Dinner at Pacifica is a memorable experience consisting
of award winning Asian influenced dishes and desserts
accompanied by fine selections of wines from around
the world, all in a casual yet elegant candlelit
